Property Service Co-ordinator £26,000 - £29,000 Coleshill

Our Client, a longstanding, reputable leader based in Coleshill are seeking a Service Co-ordinator to join their team.

Duties include:

To procure, co-ordinate and monitor performance of utility companies in the servicing to ensure the Region’s targets are achieved.

Key Performance Indicators

Typical activities

  • Obtain records of existing services and budget cost for the provision of new services for the purpose of purchase viability..

  • Organise disconnections and removal of services to existing buildings prior to demolition.

  • Procure & coordinate any diversion proposals & off site reinforcement requirements.

  • Procure formal proposals for utility provision to new development, co-ordination the position of mains, services, sub-stations and gas-governors with layout designers and engineers.

  • Produce combined services drawings in CAD format

  • Organise payments at the appropriate time with the commercial team, and monitor costs against budget.

  • Co-ordinate the requirements of wayleave and easement agreements with engineers & legal.

  • Organise preliminary site meetings with all utility companies to agree programme and extent of works.

  • Hold regular meetings with utility companies to monitor performance and agree revisions to programmes.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of services data such as MPAN & MPR numbers, works order numbers, payment dates, etc.

  • Organise removal of temporary services when site is complete.

  • Organise, implement and monitor installation of street lighting and the energy connections.

  • Obtain electrical test certificates for street lighting, road signage etc.

  • Collate as-built information from all relevant utility providers and Groundworks Contractors for inclusion in the Site Health & Safety File as required under the CDM Regulations.

Health and safety

  • Ensure you have read the Company’s health and safety policies and procedures observe them at all times.

  • Reporting any accidents or near misses immediately to your Manager and record them in the accident book.

  • Ensure your workplace is kept tidy and any hazards are eliminated or reported to your line manager.

  • Wear appropriate protective clothing on site at all times.

  • Attends all health and safety training as required by the Company.

The role includes a company car or a £5,500 car allowance. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 17.30pm. The role will require some travel to different regions. 5% annual bonus and free parking.
