Property Secretary.

Do you have experience working as a team secretary? Do you have exceptional organisational skills? Do you wish to further your career as a secretary? Do you thrive from working within a team?

If so, we may have the right role just for you, our client, an exceptional professional business are looking to recruit a property secretary to support their current team.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Producing accurate reports, letters and any other relevant documentation.
  • Filing of accurate and up to date correspondence.
  • Managing your own diary, as well as surveyor's diaries.
  • Processing expense claims
  • Organising travel arrangements for surveyors.
  • Operating office equipment proficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using digital dictation, will have accurate typing, minimum speeds of 45-50 WPM. They will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, and will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
