Property Legal Secretary/Administration - Bath
Regional law firm with offices across Dorset and Somerset is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary for their Bath office.
This long established and friendly law firm continues to grow and has a vacancy within their property team.
You will be responsible for supporting a senior member of the team, initially with the commercial property caseload and then also assisting with secretarial support on residential conveyancing
handling all administrative and secretarial duties including audio and copy typing, preparing legal documentation and correspondence, handling telephone calls, dealing
with billing procedures and scanning post and potentially some case management
Ideally, you will be an experienced Legal Secretary with experience of working within a law firm in either commercial or residential property coupled with a high level of typing, I.T skills and the ability to multi-task.
