We are constantly looking to grow our business, and that's where you come in. You can join our Client Services team as a Sales Consultant to help with business generation for our network. Your role will involve contacting clients to pro-actively build a pipeline of business for the company as well as identifying new targets. Combining your personality and charm with the extensive training given, you will be consulting clients on the benefits of using their products and services on a daily basis as well as liaising with key members of our network - from Negotiator to Director level.
Although the team is extremely hard-working, they are also very sociable, the role is ideally suited for those who are looking for the first start of their career path - and an excellent one at that.

- Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
- Advising clients on where to buy, what to buy and how to buy within their budget
- Arranging advertising to promote the property
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Refering buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice
