PROPERTY SALES EXECUTIVE - Telephone Based - £35,000 OTE
Basic £20 - £22,000pa

Based: Radley Green, Ingatestone, Essex

Our clients are one of the early pioneers of on-line Estate Agency completing over £3 billion worth of house sales and over 12,000 properties sold nationwide. Due to their outstanding success they are looking to expand their Sales teams in Ingatestone, Essex.

This business is a really funky place to work where you able to dress casually and have breaks throughout the day in offices in a converted barn.

On offer is an excellent basic salary (see below) plus commission together with 25 days holiday and a host of other benefits.

They are currently recruiting for Property Sales Executives to join their fast growing and exciting Sales Team Radley Green.

Salary and Benefits

Up to £22,000 pa basic salary, £35,000pa on target earnings, overtime available and 25 days holiday.

As part of their growing sales team of like-minded, driven, enthusiastic sales professionals who are working to daily, weekly and monthly targets. You will be working as the first point of contact for all customers providing excellent customer service and advice, whilst promoting our sales and letting services and upselling products.

About the Role
As a Sales Executive some of your key responsibilities will involve;

·Working to sales targets
·Consistently make over 100 calls per day or a 2 hour plus talk-time
·A natural flair for sales
·Calling outbound sales and attacking new business leads
·Opening and closing deals
·Converting valuations into listings
·Management of field agent diaries, both entries and rescheduling.
·Strong closing and rapport building skills
·A degree of cold calling experience preferred but not essential.
·Ability to upsell and maximise revenue potential.
·Aggressively drive daily calls to build pipeline of prospective clients.
·Maintaining internal CRM system and writing accurate and concise notes after each call.
·Proactively seek to maintain, improve & demonstrate industry knowledge and competitor awareness.
·Expected to exceed personal and team targets.
·Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal and external contacts, including clients and colleagues.
·Delivering consistent and accurate administrative skills alongside sales responsibilities.
·Required to work some Saturdays.
·Be prepared to work outside contracted hours if workloads & business requirements necessitate. There is an opportunity to work paid overtime.

About you

As a Sales Executive your skills and qualifications will ideally include;

-An understanding of Agency Brand and the online/estate agency industry would be useful but not essential.
-A healthy competitive appetite with a money motivated attitude.
-A bright, go getting person that is tenacious and resilient when handling objections.
-Target driven with a strong desire to succeed.
-Commission driven.
-Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices.
-Excellent communication skills including an outstanding telephone manner.
-Ability to work independently and proactively using own initiative.
-Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads
-Excellent time management skills
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Self-motivation
-Strong team player with a passionate approach to work
-Strong administrative skills
-Ability to assist with revenue maximisation at all times
-Computer literate

Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
