RWinvest are a leading property investment consultancy, specialising in the sale of luxury, new build apartments to investors across the world. Since 2004 RWinvest has sold over £1bn of property and we have exciting plans to expand across our offices in Liverpool, London and Manchester.

Previous property experience is not required, we prefer to recruit the best people from a range of industries and deliver exceptional training, provide the best possible systems, high quality sales lead and the most lucrative property investments to sell. With all this on offer, combined with hard-working, tenacious and talented sales consultants, there is an industry leading commission scheme with exceptional earnings potential.

What's in it for you?

We offer a basic salary with an exceptional commission scheme OTE £60,000 - £100,000 + (Uncapped). Commission is paid monthly, with a realistic and achievable target of one sale per week. We provide each sales consultant with a premium level of hot leads per week. There are also quarterly incentives such as a £5,000 holiday package, ad hoc incentives, end of month and end of year awards. We also provide a company pension scheme.

What we are looking for

If you are a top performer in selling considered purchases, where a consultative approach is crucial, it is likely your skills and experience are transferable to selling our highly attractive property investments. Our best performers have come from a wide range of industries, such as travel, financial services, cars, recruitment, media sales etc. We are open to background, what is most important to us is the following:

Positive Attitude - We want people who have passion, enthusiasm and the ability to build rapport and trust with all internal and external stakeholders.

Sales Ability - Advising customers on the best possible investments, overcoming objections, negotiating prices and payment terms.

Resilience - Handling rejections, overcoming objections and setbacks and dealing with the highs and lows!

Communication Skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, over the phone/email and face to face.

Flexibility - With a UK and Global customer base, our Sales Consultants must have a flexible approach to working hours.

3) Telephone Role Play - We will give you time to prepare a sales pitch on what we sell and give you the opportunity to demonstrate how you complete the sales process.
