Our client is a fantastic business who work within the quick property sale industry.

As a Property Purchasing Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management and progress of high-volume property sales. You will be dealing with key clients, building relationships whilst also supporting customers through the process from the point of contract to completion.

Key Responsibilities of the job:

  • Lead team to deliver an effective and consistent level of service, operating to agreed processes and timescales.
  • Ensuring completions take place on the agreed date.
  • Arrange for contracts and all other important documents to be signed.
  • Monitor daily workload and prioritise tasks to ensure the team achieve individual targets.
  • Maintain professional development to ensure that self and the team adhere to current legislation regarding the progression of properties.
  • To monitor and review the pipeline of properties, providing feedback to the team.
  • Ensure the team communicate effectively and on a professional level with clients, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors, and home buyers ensuring all parties are kept updated at all times.
  • Ensure team arrange for auction packs to be compiled and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Oversee monthly TPO guideline training with the team.
  • Ensure team maintain a record of all files in accordance with company requirements.
  • Ensure the team maintain all client data safe in lines with the GDPR legislation.

Key Skills for the job:

  • Previous experience Managing a Team.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to remain resilient and take initiative.
  • Computer literate.
  • Target driven.
