We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join an established organisation on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role will be working remotely, with occasional travel required to sites and the Head Office based in Royston.

Reporting to the Company Secretary, this role will be responsible for checking leases for business properties that the company either own, lease or rent across the UK & ROI. You will be required to negotiate new leases/ rents, check and update rates and ensure full compliance in all property related areas.

Property Portfolio Manager (Part Time) - Required Skills and Experience

  • Substantial Property Portfolio Management experience
  • Understanding of legislation pertaining to rates and of UK rates system
  • Car driver with ability to occasionally travel to sites and Head Office (Royston)
  • Excellent negotiation skills

Property Portfolio Manager (Part Time) - Benefits Offered

  • £60,000 pro rata
  • 2 days per week (flex) on a 6 month fixed term contract basis
