Property Paralegal

A Property Paralegal is required for a rewarding opportunity with a highly regarded regional law firm. The role will be based within their Kenilworth office. Salary is up to £20K dependant on experience.

Assisting on Residential and Commercial Property matters you should be able to assist from instructions through to post-completion advise clients accordingly, draft contract documents and accompanying documentation required for the conveyancing process and deal with enquiries raised by clients and by partner acting for the other parties.

The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, able to organise and co-ordinate well, be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills and ideally have at least 1 year experience in Residential and Commercial Property but will consider applicants with property paralegal experience that is keen to further their experience.
