- Hours - 10am - 5pm
- Thursday through to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)

We are looking for an Experienced New Home Adviser with a proven track record in the property industry, focusing on new build developments. This role is crucial in guiding potential buyers through the home buying process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct informative and engaging property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of our new build homes.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, including negotiations and contract signing.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide informed advice.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in New Build Property sales, with a focus on new build developments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of the property market and new build developments.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
