View into the role responsibilities :
  • Portfolio Management – Overseeing a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring all aspects run smoothly from tenancy start to finish.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and lettings teams.
  • Maintenance & Compliance – Coordinating repairs, safety checks, and ensuring legal compliance across all properties.
  • Inspections & Reporting – Conducting regular property inspections and producing professional reports.
  • Administration & Support – Managing deposits, processing invoices, maintaining databases, and handling day-to-day queries with professionalism.
