What You’ll Be Doing: As a Property Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants across a diverse residential portfolio in East London. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day management of rental properties
Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and external advisors
Organising and managing repairs and maintenance
Conducting property inspections and producing detailed quarterly reports
Managing tenancy deposit returns, including handling disputes and deductions
Booking and following up on gas safety checks
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards
Processing invoices, managing keys, and keeping accurate records
Always representing the brand with a professional, solution-focused approach
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in residential property management
A stable and consistent employment history, demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Committed to exceptional customer service.
A good understanding of the tenancy and property management lifecycle.
Proactive and approachable with a can-do attitude
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
Familiarity with FixFlo and Reapit is a bonus
ARLA qualification is highly advantageous but not essential.
