Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join our busy lettings team in Chelsea, SW10. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management. We are looking for an energetic individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels and enjoys a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Main Duties:
Manage the day-to-day duties of the Property Management department
Retain Management on the Portfolio of 130
Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants during the tenancy.
Carry out thorough pre-tenancy checks to ensure that properties are ready for move in
Respond and deal with any repairs and maintenance that are required on the portfolio
Offer advice to landlords and tenants for any problems related to the property
Negotiate deposit deduction in a fair and efficient manner, within required timeframes, and providing guidance on the process of deposit dilapidations
Working with the lettings team to grow overall business by assisting in other areas as necessary
Attributes:
Motivated and hardworking individual with an enthusiastic attitude
Self-initiative and autonomy to problem solve
Full UK driving licence
Preferably ARLA qualified
Experience within a similar role
Good organisational and time management skills
Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with internal colleagues and external clients
Knowledge and understanding of lettings as a whole
Important points: in the office 5 days a week 9-6pm (our USP is that as a 1 office independent our property managers are office based)
PM team is this role and a part time PM who does a lot of the admin, inspections, compliance etc...
This position is available with an immediate start, and offers a competitive salary structure of £35,000 - £40,000.
