Property Manager - Gloucester

This is an opportunity to join an established and successful independent Lettings Agents in Gloucester. This established and award-winning Agent has as impressive reputation built up over a number of years. They pride themselves on providing a great working environment with a solid and friendly team.

Person Requirements The right Candidate for this role will be someone with at least 6 months’ experience in lettings or estate agency. They will need to have excellent Customer service skills as well as being organised and methodical. The Candidate needs to be professional and well presented with excellent attention to detail. Must be good with people and a team player. We are looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn quickly and work hard.

Role Outline The role would mainly consist of property inspections (pre and mid-tenancy), maintenance management, deposit returns, utility management, tenant and landlord management, notice management.

Role Responsibilities Has experience in a similar role, ideally within a letting agency Is able to work well under pressure Ability to multi-task Would be very well organised Would always be friendly and approachable

Monday - Friday- 9.00 - 5.30 - plus 1 in 5 Sat morning (with time off in lieu) 

Must have their own transport and driver’s licence.
