To strategically develop a wide range of property maintenance and business support teams, including health & safety and customer service staff, to ensure frontline services are delivered to the highest standards, achieving service plan targets and meeting internal and external customer needs.
To ensure the effective and efficient management and maintenance of built assets through strategic planning and robust financial management, while maximising customer satisfaction and to contribute to the long-term planning and development services, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and service delivery
Duties of the role:
To ensure that the organisations statutory duties and obligations relating to property compliance are achieved in respect of gas servicing, electrical services, asbestos, fire and all specialist mechanical and electrical services are achieved.
Ensure effective data management systems, policies, processes and programmes of work provide assurance of ongoing statutory and regulatory compliance and the service associated with delivery of the contracts provides a high level of internal and external satisfaction.
To strategically instigate, develop and lead service reviews to ensure the effective and efficient asset management of the Council's built assets.
Candidates will be required to have Property Management, Health and Safety and/or Compliance experience.
Take home pay for this role is approx £685.00 p/week.
