Our client is a well-respected Residential Lettings and Property Management company who have been established in the area for over 15 years. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team in delivering exceptional customer service standards to their current client base. You will join a successful team of dynamic individuals where you will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional customer experience. They understand the vital role a quality property manager plays in a successful letting agency and my client therefore offers a very competitive salary, team commission, private medical care and company pension. Purpose of Property Manager Role:

Working as part of an enthusiastic team you will have responsibility for a managed portfolio. The Property Manager’s main areas of responsibility will include:

·Maintaining accurate database of managed properties
·Property inspections and subsequent reports
·Tenancy extensions / renewals / rent increases
·Gas Safety Certificate, DVCR and EICR renewals
·Management of day to day maintenance issues
·Management of external contractors
·Liaising with landlords and tenants
·End of tenancy check outs

Key Skills for Property Manager

·An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants
·Strong Organisational Skills
·Current Property Management Experience.
·First Class Customer service skills
·Full UK Licence and Car
