A strong Property Manager is required for our Property Company located in Wembley, Middlesex.
You will be responsible with another Property Manager for around 250 properties including both residential and commercial. The majority of our residential portfolio is situated in North West London and comprises of HMOs, Self-contained flats and larger purpose-built buildings.
We require someone who is a leader, can take full accountability of managing a small team and have the skillset to solve problems with a get up and go attitude. The ideal candidate needs to have property Management experience on a hands-on basis and be able to have systems and processes that include regular inspections, as well as, ongoing maintenance tracking for all of the properties. The job involves attending all of the properties regularly and therefore a full driving license is essential for the role.
Previous property management experience is essential to be considered for this role. Just having letting experience without understanding property management and maintenance will not be sufficient. A strong personality is needed and the ability to deal with both tenants and local authorities.
Experience in dealing with HMO’s and Notices including Section 21’s and 8’s is an advantage. If you have a property management degree or a building surveying background, this would also be an advantage. This role involves rolling up your sleeves and actively managing a portfolio and leading from the front.

• Understanding of the housing act and obtaining possession of properties via the County Court

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm (occasional weekend and evenings as required)
