A superb opportunity is now available for an experienced Property Manager to join my client's successful Sales and Lettings company based in Leeds.

They are looking for an energetic person who will embrace their customer orientated service and ensure that standards are achieved within company policy.

The property manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of high quality residential and block properties.

You will be the direct contact between the landlord and tenant and deal with all queries from move in to bond return and negotiating with contractors to ensure best value and quality, therefore communication and organisation skills are paramount.

Your responsibilities will include:
*Submit tenants for referencing
*Contract preparation
*Move tenants into the property following the company check in procedure
*Management of the keys for each property
*Inspect your properties mid-way through the tenancy and if necessary, after maintenance works
*Move tenants out of the property following the company check out procedure process and through to bond return following agreed procedures in line with SLA's
*Ensuring the company database correctly reflects the position of your portfolio of property's at all times
*Review and approve or query contractor invoices in accordance with our SLA's

You must have the ability and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment, remaining professional at all times, taking responsibility of decisions made with the support and guidance of your Line Manager.
