An opportunity to join their ever-growing team has arisen… they’re now in search of a Property Manager to join their team in their office in Cheltenham.
Your role as one of their Property Managers will be to effectively manage and provide a full Property Management service to an assigned portfolio of residential developments. This will therefore include carrying out site inspections, preparing and managing service charge budgets, overseeing and managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.
This position also comes with the option to be home based but you would be expected to manage your time effectively and spend time out on site.
The ideal person for this role would be someone with passion, energy and a commitment to the job. If you’re someone that is customer focused and build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders and clients alike then you could be the one. Someone that is approachable, confident and experienced would be best suited to this position.
You must be able to remain professional and work effectively in sometimes stressful and high pressured situations (after all, we are in Property Management!) and you must be a good problem solver. Someone that is approachable, confident and experienced would be best suited to this position. Ideally you’ll be IRPM qualified and if not, be willing to work towards completing the exams.
- At least 2 years’ Block Management experience.
- A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
- Experience in chairing AGMs and carrying out site inspections.

Salary Range & Benefits:
This position is paying a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) for the right person along with a number of attractive benefits.
