ludlowthompson, an independent market leading London Lettings and Estate Agent are looking for a Property Manager to join our new & growing team based in our central Apex Office, Worcester.

Duties are varied, but your main purpose is to deliver high quality residential property management services for ludlowthompson!

The Role

Includes the following:

Client Interface

Tenancy Management

Client Database Management

Scheduling and monitoring all move-in requirements

Liaising with tenants and landlords

Team working

If you have a desire to utilise strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task this would be the perfect role for you to further develop a successful career within the property industry! Previous experience is not required.
