A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join our clients’ Property Management and Investment company in Birmingham.

Our client is seeking a Property Manager with a minimum of 12 months’ experience. They are seeking a confident candidate who is highly organised and has great communication skills - both written and verbal. Additionally, a Property Manager who can work on their own initiative and to tight deadlines is essential.

The successful Property Manager will also have great attention to detail and the ability to make decisions on their own.

Key duties will include:

  • Managing a Property portfolio
  • Dealing with maintenance issues
  • Co-ordinating works to be carried out
  • Liaise with Block Management agencies and third parties
  • Liaise between tenants and landlords - keeping both parties up to date
  • Run reports and checks

Experience managing long distance properties is advantageous but not essential.

The working hours for this position will be 09:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and will include every other Saturday, 10:00 - 14:00.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £17,000 - £18,500 (dependent on experience) and a long-term career opportunity for the right candidate.

This position is very much office based but having a UK Driving Licence would be a bonus, but is not essential.
