Property Manager

My client is looking for an Experienced Property manager to join their growing team.

They are looking for someone who will be a great fit for their well established Team but who is equally happy to work on their own initiative.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 17.30pm, Saturdays (on a Rota 1 in 3) 9.30am to 1.00pm.

You must have experience in the following areas:

  • Organising Repairs
  • Dealing with Check in's and Check out's
  • You will have knowledge of the TDS Scheme
  • At least 2 years experience in a Property Management role
  • You must have your reliable own transport which must be insured for business use also (you will be reimbursed at the companys rate per mile)
