Our Clients a well established independent estate agents are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties based in their busy management office in Marylebone.
Responsibilities will include; looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including minor repairs, major refurbishments, insurance claims, property visits, inspections etc. Arranging mandatory safety checks, booking pre tenancy works, drawing up tenancy agreements, negotiating, complaint handling and more.
The right candidate must be well organised; an excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties, have strong communication skills, well presented and the ability to work on your own initiative and experience of supporting a fast paced team.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as the ability to handle tricky customers and find solutions to their problems quickly and efficiently.
Knowledge of lettings legislation essential and an understanding of the CFP Winman system would be preferable. Being ARLA qualified would be an advantage.
