Looking for a Property Manager for a small family run Property Management and letting business in Wallasey. All Properties are within a 3 mile radius.
The job is part time and the hours are flexible and negotiable to an extent. The job requires approximately 15-20 hours per week. As the Property Manager you would be responsible for managing the property portfolio with duties including, but not limited to:
-Organising maintenance and repairs
-Checking payments and chasing any arrears
-Dealing with any queries or issues from tenants
-Advertising empty properties that become empty and showing people round as necessary
-Arranging new tenancy agreements and tenancy renewals
-Carrying out property inspections
-Checking progress of repairs
-Completing paperwork for eviction and serving notices to tenants
-Liaising with the council
-Attending annual Landlord meetings and training sessions
-Communicating and updating the landlords regularly via meetings (skype and person to person)
-Making payments to workmen etc
-Being available for any emergencies if they were to arise
The ideal candidate would be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is organised and proficient on computers with an emphasis on Word and Excel. Furthermore the applicant would need to have a full driving licence and their own vehicle. Property managment experience is preferred but not essential.
Salary to be dependent on experience but based around market rates.
