Independent, established property company based in Burgess Hill are looking for a Property Manager / Inventory Clerk to join their Lettings team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, looking to progress their career within the property industry. Our clients are looking for a candidate who can join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working alongside an existing team and company director. The successful candidate will be confident, articulate, motivated and have a positive and proactive attitude towards day to day tasks.

The role is a mix of office-based portfolio management / administration tasks, and outside of the office tasks, such as conducting property visits to include inspections and inventory duties. This makes the role quite unique, dynamic and varied!

The ideal candidate will have some experience within a property management role and hold a full UK driving licence.

Permanent Full Time Role: £18,000 - £22,000 Per Annum

Hours: 8:45am to 6pm Monday - Friday .Saturdays are worked on a rota basis currently 1 in 3.
