Our client is a modern, well established property company who are now recruiting for a service focussed Property Manager to join their experienced team in Edinburgh.

This position is open to candidates from both property and non-property backgrounds so provides an excellent long term career option.

Working from a professional office environment your remit will be to provide a first class Property Management service to property owners in your allocated portfolio of residential property developments across Edinburgh.

Key duties will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for property owners across a portfolio of residential developments - delivering a professional block management/factoring service
  • Building strong client relationships - carrying out regular meetings with owners and residents associations
  • Proactively managing developments, conducting regular inspections of common areas
  • Co-ordinating reactive and planned maintenance- liaising with contractors to completion

Candidates for this role should first and foremost have a passion for property and take pride in providing great service. It’s important you have solid experience in either property or a customer service environment, are a real people person and enjoy problem solving. You should also have good all round admin abilities and be able to manage a busy workload. Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Driving licence required but pool cars provided
