Property Manager / Building Manager (Residential & Commercial)
Our client is a commercial property consultancy which is over 150 years old. They are now looking for a Property Manager who is able to support their properties in order to maximise their returns and minimise their cost and liabilities.
Location: Sutton, South West London (commutable from Epsom, Leatherhead, Bromley, Twickenham, Crawley and surrounding areas)
Salary: up to £40k
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager who will manage a new development which is currently at the final stages of construction. This development has apartments, offices, a retail space and a hotel.
You will assist in the final stages of the construction; following on from this will then manage the building on a day to day basis covering duties from security, building maintenance, building improvements, supervising and training staff and resolving any requests from tenants. You would also manage the annual budget and ensure that you monitor and control monthly budget reviews.
To be successful in this role you must have knowledge and experience of residential & commercial property management including relevant legislation and health and safety. You must have previously worked with guidance notes and recommendations for residential property issued by either RICS or ARMA. Health and safety training is also required. A IRPM, BIFM and IOSH qualification is also highly desirable.
