Property Manager / Block Manager - Bournemouth (Hybrid) - c£40k + Bonuses

We’re working with a long established, highly regarded multi-disciplined firm of chartered surveyors who provide block management, agency and commercial property services to a range of long standing clients across the south coast.

As a result of an impressive pipeline of new instructions, adding to their already long held, high quality local portfolio, they now seek an additional Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:

  • Working part home (2 days) part office based, reporting in to a central Bournemouth office
  • Overseeing a compact, quality, manageable portfolio of blocks all located within close proximity of the office (central Bournemouth)
  • Undertaking the full range of duties, from budgets to insurance, inspections to major works and all the usual daily tasks including resident and contractor liaison
  • Working as part of a wider, long-established and friendly team, liaising with the in-house accounting and surveying departments as required

Suitable Property Manager’s / Block Manager’s will come from a stable career background and have 1-3 years block management experience, perhaps at assistant level although our client requires the successful Property Manager to hit the ground running so no training beyond a basic induction can be provided.

In addition to a starting basic salary up to £40k the successful Property Manager (Block) can expect 5 weeks holiday (plus public), parking paid and commission on major works at approximately 10% of net fees.

If you are a Bournemouth based Leasehold professional seeking a Property Manager role in independent practice please apply now for immediate consideration and further info.
