Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with an independent estate agency specialising in selling and letting property in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the small, close knit team. You will be responsible for the book keeping and accounts function alongside all aspects of property management.

Key Requirements:

  • Booking plumbers, handymen, electricians etc
  • Collecting rent, collecting commission, invoicing etc
  • Paying contractors
  • Running payroll
  • Negotiating renewals of tenancies
  • Releasing deposits
  • General ad-hoc office admin

This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous property management experience. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and show great attention to detail. Understanding of tenancy laws is desirable in order to be considered for this position.

Based in Kensington, the annual salary for this permanent position is £26k - £35k depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are 9.30 - 6.30 Monday to Friday; however flexibility may be required for Saturday shifts during busy periods. Immediate starts are available.
