Block Property Manager - the job
Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and estates
Build relationships with Freeholders, RMC & RTM Directors
Act as the main point of contact for Leaseholders, Tenants and Contractors
Arrange and conduct site inspections, producing detailed reports and follow-up actions
Oversee compliance for safety reports and risk assessments
Manage service charge budgets, accounts, arrears and financial reporting
Coordinate and attend Director, Board and AGM meetings
Handle Section 20 consultations
Collaborate with our service delivery partners to ensure smooth operations
Block Property Manager - the fit
Recent, hands-on experience in Block or Estate Management
Full UK Driving Licence and use of a vehicle
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in IT systems – training will be given on particular systems
A team player who shares our values and delivers on promises
Desirable (but not essential):
IRPM / ARMA qualified
A proactive attitude with a desire to innovate and improve
Methodical, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Motivated by career progression and continuous development
