Block Property Manager - the job
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and estates
- Build relationships with Freeholders, RMC & RTM Directors
- Act as the main point of contact for Leaseholders, Tenants and Contractors
- Arrange and conduct site inspections, producing detailed reports and follow-up actions
- Oversee compliance for safety reports and risk assessments
- Manage service charge budgets, accounts, arrears and financial reporting
- Coordinate and attend Director, Board and AGM meetings
- Handle Section 20 consultations
- Collaborate with our service delivery partners to ensure smooth operations
- Recent, hands-on experience in Block or Estate Management
- Full UK Driving Licence and use of a vehicle
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in IT systems – training will be given on particular systems
- A team player who shares our values and delivers on promises
- IRPM / ARMA qualified
- A proactive attitude with a desire to innovate and improve
- Methodical, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Motivated by career progression and continuous development
- Mileage allowance or company vehicle
