Property Management Advisor (Maintenance) - Birmingham City Centre - up to £21k basic dependent on experience **Monday - Friday**
Our leading multi-disciplined agents in Birmingham City Centre have an enviable reputation within the market and offer excellent career opportunities. They are currently seeking an experienced Property Management Advisor ideally with Lettings experience to join the company's busy Property Management Department with a large portfolio of properties.
The ideal candidate will need to have Lettings experience in a similar role however other roles from a maintenance call centre environment will be considered, be able to provide an excellent service to both landlords and tenants and be a quick learner with attention to detail.
Main Duties of the Property Manager:
·Responding to maintenance issue reports
·Diagnosing and assisting tenants maintenance issues
·Communicating with tenants, landlord and contractors to rectify the maintenance issues
·Organising annual safety certificates including gas safety certificates
·Processing check out reports
·Negotiating and returning tenant deposits
·Settling deposit disputes - which may include liaising with TDS
·Liaise with tenants and branches, ensuring that all phone enquiries are dealt with within company timescales
·Be the first point of contact for any complaints
·ARLA qualified (advantageous)
·Property Management / Lettings experience preferred
·Motivated, enthusiastic individual
·Excellent communication skills
·Excellent problem solving ability
·Highly organised and efficient
