What will you do?
- Handle a full property litigation caseload
- This will include both residential and commercial property litigation matters (either/or options available or a mix of both)
- The work is flowing in as well as referrals from other departments, so no business development needed
- Continue to build out the team around yourself when you are ready/as workflow allows
What will you need?
- To be a qualified property litigation solicitor or legal executive
- At least 2 years’ experience within property litigation
- If property litigation is not your current specialism, but you have a strong interest in it then do still get in touch
- Managerial experience is beneficial, but not essential
