Property Litigation Solicitor

Nelson Chambers are delighted to be representing a highly-regarded law firm in their London office.

The firm are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Litigation department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to take the next step in their career and work with a leading law firm who offer excellent progression opportunities.

The role will involve dealing with all aspects of property litigation including but not exclusively advising on contentious issues in land transactions; commercial landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges, rent reviews, forfeiture and the enforcement of covenants, acting for both tenants and landlords; property-related professional negligence claims; insolvency issues in connection with leases; and the enforcement of charges.

You’ll be managing your own caseload under the support of a highly experienced Partner, so the role is also someone with an interest in forging a career as a specialist Property Litigation Solicitor. Applications are also welcomed from NQ Solicitor that have an understanding of the Litigation process.

In reward the company offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary of between £35,000- £40,000
