This is an exciting opening for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join an award winning team in Liverpool city centre. This highly reputable and Legal 500 recognised Property Litigation specialist practice operate from modern commercial offices and have a rare opportunity for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to retrain.

The firm manage a variety of Property matters with a particular specialism in Property Litigation and the recovery of property related debts. The team consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners and full paralegal/assistant support. You'll be joining a very experienced team who have gone from strength to strength over recent years due to their high quality work and high level of client service.

The team deals with a range of Property Litigation and Commercial Property matters and may accommodate a particularly strong Commercial Litigator with a broader range of experience. A strong willed, confident and articulate Property Litigation Solicitor (ideally 2 years+ PQE) with demonstrable previous experience in a technical Litigation department is a must however for this challenging role.

If you're a very technically strong Litigation Solicitor with a sound understanding of litigation processes and procedures you are also encouraged to apply.
