My client is a highly regarded full service law firm with a long-standing reputation and a forward-thinking approach. The firm is a progressive and modern practice serving individuals and businesses.

They have multiple offices and a solid client base.

The opportunity:

You will be working alongside experienced professionals and support staff that strives to provide the highest level of client care.

Undertaking matters including but not limited to: boundary disputes, TOLATA claims, lease enfranchisements, lease extensions, landlord and tenant matters, breach of covenants etc.

You will be encouraged and supported to undertake business development.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

Minimum 3 years PQE within property litigation

Experience of dealing with lease enfranchisements and lease extension matters

Excellent networking and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
