Property Litigation Solicitor - Senior Appointment
One of the regions' most prominent law firms is continuing the expansion of its property litigation offering and so is keen to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor in a senior capacity to its established team which is based at the firms' modern offices in the heart of Warwickshire.
This award-winning practice is a full service Legal 500 listed and Chambers ranked law firm that offers specialist legal advice across the full spectrum of legal disciplines to clients on both a local and a national basis. The firm prides itself of on being a people centric business and takes great pride in ensuring that it places its members at the heart of everything it does.
The firm is now seeking to bring on board an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor at senior level who can be a key point of contact and deal with a significant amount of the firms' property litigation matters which will emanate from both commercial and residential property issues.
You will ideally have a minimum of 4 years' PQE although there is no upper limit on this. You will have experience of undertaking the full remit of property litigation matters to include dealing with housing litigation, possession claims on behalf of both landlords and tenants, lease renewals, residential and commercial lease disputes, breach of covenant claims, boundary disputes, adverse possession and rent/service charge recovery disputes, to name a few.
In addition, you will also be tasked with undertaking business development, marketing the department and leveraging off your contacts to open up new revenue streams so this opportunity really does allow you to make your mark on the firm and will mean that this opportunity is not limited purely to fee earning. Clearly, the more commercially minded and successful you are, the swifter you will progress through the firms' structure.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious property litigation solicitor who is looking to join the major player in the region and can offer access to high quality matters on behalf of a variety of clients who are highly rated in their sectors. As this is an ever-growing team there will be opportunities for progression, so this firm can take your career to the next stage which is particularly pertinent given that you will join in a senior capacity so promotion to the partnership is a realistic prospect.
A very competitive salary is naturally on offer given the firms' reputation in the market and the benefits package includes free on-site parking, 25 days' holiday, private medical insurance, subsidised parking and a host of corporate discounts.
