Your new role
The team are seeking an NQ-4 PQE Solicitor or CILEX to join their insurance practice within the Property Damage team. The team is expanding and you will be working in a number of insurance related matters including:
- Claimant Property Damage Recoveries - covering a number of incidents including flood, fire and escape of water typically in excess of £150,000·
- Defendant work - product liability matters relating to property damage ·
- Fraud and Policy Coverage
You will be carrying out the above work on behalf of a number of household insurer clients. You will have the unique benefit of being able to manage a caseload of both claimant and defendant matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a motivated lawyer with at least 6 months litigation experience with good academics. You will also be commercially aware and have the ability to work in a team as well as alone. You will have a genuine interest in the insurance sector and have the drive and ambition to succeed within the team.
