Junior Real Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Are you a recently qualified dispute resolution solicitor with a passion for real estate law? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual (NQ-2 years PQE) to join a dynamic legal team focused on Real Estate Disputes.

About the Role: As part of our client's team, you will handle a variety of property disputes, including residential and commercial lease disagreements, land purchase/sale conflicts, and encumbrances. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on real estate dispute resolution matters
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Managing case files and time recording to meet performance standards
  • Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong academic background with a 2:1 degree and LPC qualification (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A commercially minded approach with attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines
