Your new role
You will manage complex real estate disputes, and provide expert legal advice. You will oversee a variety of intricate cases, develop strategic approaches to resolve disputes and present clients in court proceedings. Some key areas you will focus on are landlord and tenant disputes, commercial lease disputes, dilapidations and adverse possession. You will also be expected to mentor and assist in training the more junior members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years PQE.
• Experience of managing people.
• A background in property litigation.
• UK experience.
