Our client is a leading national firm with a national footprint and a dominant position in the South Wales market. With a highly regarded Property Litigation team they have been enjoying a steady stream of new work and are now looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor, NQ or above, to join the team.

Your new role

This role will have a particular focus on Social Housing with the Property Litigation team. The role will involve property based litigation, social housing litigation in the Courts and Tribunals and advocacy skills are required. You will be working closely with other members of the Property Litigation Team in Cardiff and also with real estate colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally be an NQ - 2 and have had some exposure to Property Litigation. You will need to be committed to developing a solid practice and able to develop strong relationships. This role will suit an individual who is energetic with positive outlook and have a strong technical competence.
