Property & Lettings Manager

Our Client, a well-respected Estate Agency, are looking to recruit a tenacious, ambitious and professional Property & Lettings Manager to join their expanding team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director duties will include:

· Driving your team to deliver excellent customer service

· Retaining and developing relationships

· Winning instruction, negotiating sales and maximising sale opportunities

· Maintaining building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.

· Valuation and Listing of properties within your territory area

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, passionate, hardworking, and demonstrate a confident positive, attitude. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills together with the ability to manage and lead an already successful team.
