£35,000 - £45,000 DOE

A highly-regarded law firm is currently looking to hire an experienced Residential Conveyancer as a senior hire for one of their offices. This recruit will see you carry your own caseload of sale and purchase files whilst supervising a small team.

You will be joining a very modern, forward-thinking organisation with excellent routes to progress in the future. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to work as part of a thriving residential property department dealing with a high-quality caseload of files. You will be responsible for your team’s performance and ensuring that their targets are met.

Skills and Responsibilities:

You will be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ PQE

Experience of supervising junior members of staff would be advantageous

Excellent client care skills

The ability to work as part of a team - the firm puts a great emphasis on this quality

Proficient with the use of IT
