The Client:

A leading, Legal 500 law firm with offices across the UK. The firm promise to offer City standard legal services but at local convenience. You will be joining a large, extremely well-established private property department and will be able to learn from genuine experts in their field.

The Opportunity:

The firm are currently looking for a Property Lawyer or Case Handler to join the department and to manage their own caseload of New Homes conveyancing matters. This team is a specialist development set up dealing with new build and plot sales matters.

You will be the main point of contact for developer clients and will manage the process through from instruction to completion.

What do I need to apply?

You will likely be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor but the firm will also consider non-qualified conveyancing fee earners

It’s desirable that you will have dealt with new homes/ new build transactions in the past

Fantastic relationship building skills and able to break down complex matters to your clients
