£30,000 - £40,000 plus bonus

We are currently working alongside one of the largest conveyancing operations in the country by volume, completing thousands of transactions every year. This firm has a solid reputation, raking very highly within conveyancing companies in the UK. The vast majority of work is referred by estate agents and mortgage brokers who trust the firm’s high levels of customer service.

We are looking for a Residential Property Fee Earner who possesses the experience and knowledge to propel this business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administration support according to operational demands
Manage own caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision, within a supportive and friendly environment
Handling caseloads of varying calibre from instruction through to completion
Provide a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of clients.
Assist current clients with their specific needs in Residential Property
Delivering legal services in a manner which is cost efficient for both the client and the firm.


Qualified, with at least 7 years' experience in the industry
Ideal candidate can handle own caseload from instruction through to completion
Experience of both leasehold and freehold matters
Experience in the use of a case management systems desireable
Experience of dealing with high volume matters is important
