You will carefully manage investors through their investment journey by providing selected UK property investment opportunities, as well as work closely with the marketing team with the aim to sell entire developments to global investors. Our lead generation platforms, events and media partners generate conversations with investors globally, and the role requires you to manage these potential investors through the purchase cycle. The role, by nature, is varied and offers a lot of autonomy, giving the right candidate possibility to flourish with uncapped commissions and no ceiling on where you can go next.

We're looking for a talented communicator with ambition and common sense. Yes, this is a sales role, but our clients are usually well experienced, so it's far more important that you can listen and find solutions rather than make 100 sales calls a day!
You will have a demonstrable sales record with a consultative approach. Furthermore, you are solutions-focused and logical with the key ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Being people-oriented, likeable, and a team player also won't do you any harm!

Commissions are generous and uncapped. The package for the Sales Consultant role consists of a basic salary, dependant upon experience, plus commission - OTE is £54k.
On top of this there is quarterly bonuses & if we hit the annual target we all go on holiday (this year we are going skiing!).
