Our client is an established investment management business, who likes to think of themselves as a fun and friendly employer, that offers a flexible place to work, with a great, family-feel atmosphere.

They are a wealth management company providing a wide range of services that enable them to provide tax efficient advice and services to meet the requirements of their clients. Our client is looking for an Administrator to carry out administrative functions for their clients.

The successful Financial Services Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Generating rent demands and ad hoc recharges for services, ground rent, council tax etc (where applicable)
  • Initiating rent reviews annually and generating updated rent demands, notifying the tenants timeously in this regard
  • Updating and maintaining various schedules and/or asset management software
  • Liaising with tenants following up on outstanding payments
  • Reporting weekly on outstanding payments and following up on this with tenants
  • Collating and reporting on occupancy figures for the various property funds
  • Tracking compliance documents, and ensuring tenants are fulfilling their obligations
  • Monitoring block policy insurance for the various new property funds - ensuring new acquisitions are on cover, and that properties are on adequate cover. Processing insurance invoices for payment and recharging same to the tenant
  • Processing correspondence received via post and liaising with relevant tenants, and in some cases the relevant councils and service providers.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Must be able to work analytically and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Knowledgeable in the use of excel and/or asset management software
  • Organised and have good time management
  • Must be able to work well within a team
