Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4 is on the lookout for a Property Manager. This role would suit an experienced facilities manager looking for a new opportunity. You’ll have experience in managing a maintenance team with a clear passion for recruiting, leading and developing team members, planning your rota to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved in line with labour controls. Working to brand specifications you’ll carry out a preventive maintenance programme to ensure facilities are maintained and in service for our guests, while taking immediate actions to correct any deficiencies. It’s essential you are confident in cost management and can take accountability for ensuring and maintaining adequate stock levels and controls are within budget guidelines. Alongside maintenance you’ll hold responsibility for the hotel security team and with a passion for our guests will have the ability to act as Duty Manager where required. Full understanding of health and safety legislation is desirable and excellent organisational skills and time management is essential. As part of the hotels management team, reporting to the Operations Manager, our Property Managers lead their teams to ensure that guests enjoy a consistently perfect Premier Inn stay. Super organised and committed to the highest standards, you'll be all about enabling your team. That includes helping new people to find their way and established team members to develop their skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development. Making sure everything works from controlling the schedule, to ensuring security is at the highest standard will impact on guests so you'll be relentlessly focused on ensuring they enjoy the best possible experience.
Ideally, you'll have experience gained in a similar role or environment. So you'll know about and understand Property / Facility Management, health and safety and working efficiently. Though more important than that is a flexible, adaptable approach, clear customer focus and an eye for detail as well as being able to lead a team– it's a busy and diverse role where your only aim is to help our guests feel brilliant, through a great night's sleep.
Salary up to £40K plus excellent benefits and bonus scheme.
