An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Co-ordinator to join a well-established Estate Agents based in the heart of Dorking...

The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of residential units, as well as dealing with telephone enquiries, emails and general office administration. They will deal with day-to-day property maintenance issues. Complete inspections and property inventories, liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve any rental issues.

The ideal applicant will have at least one years' experience within property management, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
