Property Compliance Supervisor predominantly focusing on fire based in Bath

You will be working for a large Local Authority organisation based in the historic city of bath.
Your new role
You will be working as a Property Compliance Supervisor prominently focusing on fire. You will be inspecting the current residential stock ensuring all regulations are followed correctly. You will be carrying out fire risk assessments to ensure all of the properties are compliant. This will involve inspections on fire alarms, doors and escape routes. You will be completing these assessments and then leasing back to the relevant teams within the department. You will also be involved in the auditing process and will be heading up a team with two other fire specialists.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in completing fire risk assessments independently. You must have up to date knowledge on health and safety regulations including fire regulations. Ideally you would have worked for a public sector organisation previously supporting employers in their responsibilities and obligations under a wide range of laws, acts, regulations and guidance. Ideally you will have experience in contract management and also auditing.
