A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone who has a real interest in the property industry to join our team of professionals.
James Anderson has six offices in the Barnes, East Sheen and Putney area, providing a full range of selling and letting services, together with expertise in related areas such as surveying, property management and financial services.
To provide full admin and secretarial support to the team and manage a portfolio of properties.
v At least 1 year’s previous experience in a property management or co-ordinator role OR 1 year’s customer service role is essential
v Must live locally or within a reasonable commute to South West London
v Well presented, excellent customer care skills
v Fluent in spoken and written English
v Computer literate
v Organise maintenance and repairs
v Arrange quotes for works as necessary
v Visit properties to check the condition and progress of major works
v Ensure a valid landlords gas safety certificate is in place for all managed properties
v Organise regular property inspections as required
v Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Manager and team
In return we offer the following:
v Realistic O.T.E of £28,500 per annum including basic salary of £22,500

Monday to Friday: 8.45am to 6:00pm
